Couples who would love to say I do under the blue hues or twinkling stars of the Texas sky can hold their ceremony on our stunning terrace adjacent to the Spanish Oaks ballroom or in our poolside courtyard just outside our main ballroom area. The outdoor settings are also perfect for cocktail hours, intimate receptions, and bridal showers.

Each garden oasis overflows with plants, palms and shady trees and features handsome stone patios and sparkling water features. By night, the courtyard shines with the golden glow from our fire pits.

Dream Banquet Rooms For Your Dream Day

Experience the rich heritage of the Hill Country in the Spanish Oaks ballroom with soaring ceilings and magnificent wooden beams. A grand limestone fireplace serves as the focal point of the room that can comfortably sit 100 for dinner.

One side of the ballroom features floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a stone terrace and fountain. Other amenities include a wooden floor and separate area for buffet service or for additional seating of up to 40 guests.

The terrace is also accessible from the rotunda of the Spanish Oaks ballroom. This circular foyer showcases a Wurlitzer piano and is a favorite spot for hosting cocktail receptions or placing the cake or sign-in table.

Larger receptions of up to 300 guests can enjoy the Hill Country garden views from our main ballrooms – the Monterey Oak, Red Oak and Live Oak.  These ballrooms can also be partitioned for smaller parties.

Glass doors span an entire side of the main ballroom foyer and open onto the pool courtyard making this a popular area for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
